How to Get from Nagpur to Tadoba

There is no direct bus or train service to Tadoba's forest gates. The nearest railway station is Chandrapur (about 50 km from Moharli Gate), but from there you'd still need to arrange a local vehicle. A taxi from Nagpur is by far the most practical option — it's door-to-gate, flexible on departure time, and you can leave Nagpur at 4:30 AM to catch the first morning safari at 6 AM.

The route goes via NH44 south to Chandrapur, then SH264 into the buffer zone. Roads are in good condition on the highway; the last 20 km on district roads is manageable in any vehicle.
