1. About My Taxi 24
My Taxi 24 is a taxi and cab service operating from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We provide airport taxi, outstation cabs, local taxi, wedding car rental, and corporate transport services.

2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a WhatsApp or phone confirmation from our owner/team stating the driver's name, vehicle number, and agreed fare.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking if no vehicle is available for the requested time or route.
- Fare quotes given via WhatsApp are valid for the stated date and route only. Prices may vary for different dates or distances.
- Bookings made via the website contact form are not confirmed until you receive a WhatsApp or call back from us.
3. Fares & Payment
- Fare calculator on website: The fare estimates shown on our website are approximate starting fares based on standard per-km rates. The final confirmed fare is the amount quoted by the owner at time of booking.
- Payment: Payment is made after the trip is completed — cash, UPI, or bank transfer. We do not accept advance payment unless specifically agreed.
- Toll charges: Road tolls are charged at actuals and are not included in the quoted fare unless specifically stated.
- Driver night halt: If the driver is required to stay overnight for a multi-day trip, a night halt allowance applies — confirmed at time of booking.
- Waiting charges: If a driver is asked to wait beyond a reasonable period (typically 30 minutes), waiting charges may apply.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the booked time. Delays cause inconvenience to the driver and subsequent bookings.
- Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own luggage and belongings. My Taxi 24 is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
- Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol, or behave in a manner that endangers the driver or other passengers.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be the passenger's financial responsibility.
- The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's legal seating capacity.
5. Driver & Vehicle
- All My Taxi 24 drivers hold valid commercial driving licences and have undergone police verification to the best of our knowledge.
- All vehicles are insured and roadworthy. We strive to maintain cleanliness and working air-conditioning.
- In exceptional circumstances (breakdown, accident), we will arrange an alternative vehicle or a full refund for the uncompleted portion of the journey.
- The driver's route decisions in the interest of safety (detour, rest stop) are final.
6. Airport Bookings
- For airport pickups, we track flights where possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by airline or airport operations.
- We allow 30 minutes of complimentary waiting from the passenger's scheduled arrival time. Beyond that, waiting charges may apply.
- Passengers arriving later than 2 hours after scheduled time without prior notice may be treated as a no-show.
7. Limitation of Liability
- My Taxi 24 is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, strikes, government orders, or other events beyond our control.
- My Taxi 24 is not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to such delays.
- Our maximum liability for any single booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking.
8. Website Disclaimer
- Fare estimates on this website are indicative and based on standard rates. Actual fares may differ based on current pricing, fuel costs, or special circumstances.
- Route pages include approximate distances and travel times. Actual times depend on traffic and road conditions.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but cannot guarantee it is always current.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
